Baked Buffalo Cauliflower

Baked Buffalo Cauliflower

Baked Buffalo Cauliflower is a buffalo lovers dream come true. Its healthier that the fried chicken version and was even man approved on Super Bowl! Since Super Bowl my family and hubbies work have requested me to make it numerous times. I love that my vegetarian friends can enjoy and appetizer with me.

This Baked Buffalo Cauliflower recipe is simple which makes it a hit in my busy schedule. Since my Baked Buffalo Cauliflower recipe is baked instead of fried its also healthier. Cauliflower is also high in Vitamin C.  Furthermore its usually pretty cheap for a head. I usually keep some in the fridge.

My family enjoys about anything Buffalo style. We even have a Buffalo Chicken Casserole that I make regularly. You can get the recipe HERE.  I also have a wonderful recipe for Bleu Buffalo Grilled Cheese sandwich. You can get the recipe HERE.

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon honey

Directions:

preheat oven to 425. Cut the cauliflower into bite sized pieces.

In a bowl mix together the flour, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Add the milk and stir to combine. You want the mixture to be about the consistency of pancake batter.

Stir in the bite sized pieces of cauliflower. Stir until they are all coated well.

Spray or grease a sheet pan. Place the coated cauliflower on the sheet with a little space in between each one.  Bake for 20 minutes.

While those bake its time to start the sauce. In a small bowl mix together the hot sauce, melted butter, and honey.

After the coated cauliflower has baked for 20 minutes remove from oven and brush each one with the sauce mix.

Place back in the oven for another 15-20 minutes of until golden browned. Serve with blue cheese or ranch and Enjoy!
