Creamsicle Dessert

Creamsicle Dessert
Who doesn’t love the orange and cream flavors of a creamsicle? For me it brings back memories of summer as a kid. I wanted to recreate that in a dessert that is a little more grown up to eat on a plate.
I adjusted this recipe to fit a 9×9 pan instead of a 9×13 as shown in the photos.
Ingredients:
1 can frozen concentrate orange juice
2 cups orange juice
1 can water (from the concentrated can)
1 package cream cheese, softened
3 cups softened vanilla ice cream
½ a can of sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Mix together the concentrated orange juice, orange juice, and water. Pour half in a 9×9 pan lined with foil. Freeze until solid.

Mix together the remainder ingredients with a mixer and pour over the frozen orange juice layer.

Now freeze this layer until solid. As you can see from the next picture I didn’t do this, lol.

Pour over the remaining orange juice and freeze again.
