Cozy Chicken Noodle Soup

Chicken Noodle Soup

Who doesn’t love a bowl of chicken noodle soup? Well my Tarrena doesn’t, but most people do. It’s a cozy, go to meal for me. Although it was over 90 degree’s, I needed a cozy meal to go with the evening rain. So I whipped this up and we devoured huge bowls. I guess everyone needed a cozy meal! This takes a while to cook but its also easier than it seems. Most is just simmer time. I added a link to my favorite soup pot below.

Remove the chicken and let it cool. Now add the veggies and seasonings (everything but the chicken and noodles in the pot). Reduce the heat and let this simmer for about an hour. Bring heat up to medium high and boil, now throw in the pasta. Chop the chicken into bite size cubes. Once the pasta is done put the chicken back in and stir. Serve and remember this is REALLY HOT! Cool the little ones well first. My kids add a dash of milk to theirs.
