Itchy Scalp?

I have sensitive skin and so does my family.  Our sensitive skin also includes our scalps. When my daughters started digging their heads I thought to try the standard dandruff shampoo.  It didn’t help; actually it only made it worse.  I then turned to my hairdresser. She then told me that we were just suffering dry scalp. So she suggested we use a moisturizing shampoo. That did help some but it certainly didn’t help it all. We still itched just not as severely. dandruff shampoo
I came across Adovia’s Dead Sea Mud Shampoo. It boasts helping psoriasis and eczema, along with dry scalp and dandruff.  So we decided to try this although we were really doubtful as nothing else had worked so far. I was beginning to think our itchy heads were from the environment and we are doomed to deal with the itchiness during high pollen months.deadseamudshampoo
Fortunately this was not the case with the Adovia’s Dead Sea Mud Shampoo.  I tried it first. I was a little surprised with the smell. It has a very strong chamomile smell.  Once I was past that I massaged it in my hair well, rinsed and dried as normal. I did not use any conditioner or other chemicals or styling agents.  My hair was very soft although it was a little frizzy. You can’t expect too much without conditioner to tame my wild locks!
I used my normal shampoo for the next two weeks and had NO ITCHING or SCRATCHING at all! After about 2 weeks I did notice that I was starting to itch again. I once again used the Adovia shampoo and it is gone again! I had the same results with my girls heads. We are now doing weekly washings in this shampoo Adovia
I would recommend this to anyone with itchy head! The price seems steep but if your only using it every few weeks its not big deal. Also you don’t use much. The picture above is after I washed all four of our massive thick, long hair! Seems rather cheap when you think of it that way.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
