How to Cook Fresh Pumpkin EASILY
Making anything with fresh or raw pumpkin seems like a challenge. ITS NOT! It is actually really easy! Make sure you purchase sugar pumpkins or pie pumpkins. They type you carve aren’t very tasty. So here are my directions on How to Cook Fresh Pumpkin. Give it a try! Use it in place of the canned pumpkin. 2 small pumpkins will yield about 2 cups of pumpkin. No more peeling or trying to cut the skin off! Easy
