I love using my crockpot! It makes dinner so easy.  These crockpot stuffed bell peppers come out tender and moist. As you see the cheese oozes from them! The insides taste as amazing as the outsides look! Toss a batch in your crockpot today and be eating them with ease tonight!

Crockpot Stuffed Peppers

Crockpot Stuffed Green Peppers Recipe 
Ingredients:
8 large bell peppers
1 ½ pound ground beef (browned and drained)
2 cans corn drained
2 cans tomatoes NOT drained
1 can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic
8 ounces shredded cheese
4 cups prepared rice
Extra cheese for topping

Ingredients
  • 8 large bell peppers
  • 1 ½ pound ground beef (browned and drained)
  • 2 cans corn drained
  • 2 cans tomatoes NOT drained
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 8 ounces shredded cheese
  • 4 cups prepared rice
  • Extra cheese for topping
Instructions
  1. Place an inch or so of water in the bottom of your crockpot. Cut a circle around the stem of the peppers. Place them in the crockpot with the opening up.
  2. Mix together the beef, corn, tomatoes, tomato sauce, seasonings, and cheese. Fill the bell peppers with the mixture and turn the crockpot on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours. (or until the peppers are cooked)
  3. Once finished top with cheese and replace the lid and let the cheese melt for a minute. Remove and ENJOY!
