Scrambled muffins
These Scrambled muffins are an easy way to whip up and easy breakfast. Its a savory muffin. They can be made ahead of time and warmed up easily. They are a great grab and go breakfast!
Recipe for Scrambled MuffinsĀ
Ingredients:
1 package (10 biscuits) refrigerator biscuits
8-10 slices of lunch meat chopped
8 eggs
Shredded cheese (maybe a cup)
Directions:
Pre-heat the oven to 375. Generously grease a muffin tin.Ā The biscuits only come in a pack of 10 and there are 12 muffin spaces.Ā Break off a small piece of each biscuit and use those pieces to make the other 2 biscuits.Ā Roll the biscuits flat
Place one biscuit in each muffin space.
Now put a little of the meat on each biscuit
Top that with cheese.Ā Scramble the eggs in a bowl.Ā Fill each about 3/4 of the way with scrambled eggs
Bake for 10-15 minutes
