American Holiday Red White and Berry Spritzer

I love all holidays that include celebrating my nation. This year I am in Michigan for the 4th of July. We will be enjoying an all American cookout with my family. Our spread will include burgers, hot dogs, potato salad, Amish salad, and red white and berry trifle cake. I will also be serving fruit along side my red white and berry spritzer as well!

This recipe calls for CK Mondavi wine.  It really does make a difference in the wine you use. I prefer this brand now for a few reasons: affordable, American made, family owned and operated.  These things are important to my purchases on most items. Also their wines are just really really good! You can find them all over. I even found them in little towns in Michigan. Give them a try. Look for their logo: a tree seen in th photo below.

You can also make this for the kiddos and just leave out the wine. My kids always enjoy a mocktail of the cocktail I am indulging in. You can also mash the fruit a little for a more distinct flavor. Hope you enjoy this recipe.
