Halloween Treat Butterfingers

Here is another great Halloween treat to try! My daughter wanted to make butterfingers for her halloween party. I decided to take it a step further and make finger shaped butterfingers. They came out great! Everyone loved them and some didn’t want to eat them because they looked to real.

Ingredients:

1 recipe for butterfingers (HERE)
1 pound white coating (white bark, fake chocolate)
1/8 cup chocolate chips
few drops of red food coloring
slices of almonds

  Directions:

Prepare the butterfingers and shape into fingers.

Melt the white coating, chips, and food coloring in a double boiler (or use a small saucepan with some water, place coating mixture in glass or metal bowl, place bowl over water in pan to melt).
Dip each finger and shake off excess coating. Place an almond slice on the tip while coating is still warm. Add lines for the knuckles while warm too! butterfingersServe and enjoy!
