Grilled Pineapple Dessert Recipe

Summer time and pineapple go so well together! Not as well as watermelon but hey its close! We are making different dessert other than my families favorite, ice cream. This was so good there weren’t any leftovers. Try taking this to any summer get together and you will be a huge hit!.

Ingredients:

1 angel food cake cut into bite size pieces
1 whole pineapple sliced into rings and grilled (see recipe HERE) reserve 3 rings and cut the rest into chunks
2 pkg (3.4 ounces) vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
16 ounces cool whip
1 (3 ounce) pineapple jello
Directions:
Whisk together milk and pudding mix until slightly thickened. Set aside in fridge.
Very gently mix together cool whip and the pineapple jello.angel food cake and pineapple
In a large bowl, begin to layer the dessert in the following order: cake, pineapple chunks, pudding, cool whip. Then repeat.

Finish off with the cool whip layer. Add the 3 reserved rings to the top. Refrigerate or serve immediately! #homemadeYUMMY
