Secret Hugs and Kisses Cookies

Who doesn’t love hugs and kisses? I know I do. Secret hugs and kisses cookies are filled with a hug; the little Hershey’s kisses that are covered in white chocolate and have a chocolate center. The cookie is a shortbread that compliments the sweetness of the kiss!

Ingredients:

2/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1¾ cups flour
30 Hershey’s Hugs kisses (the white and chocolate ones)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Mix together sugar and butter until well combined. Add in vanilla and combine. Slowly add the flour. Refrigerate for a few hours until the dough is firmed a little. Unwrap the kisses. With the dough, roll a 1 inch ball flatten and place a kiss in the center. cookies with kiss inside
Fold the side up and cover the kiss. Gently roll again and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.

Bake for 12-17 minutes. The dough will flatten a little during cooking and then poof back up again. They will be slightly golden when cooked. Do not overcook.
