Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound elbow macaroni cooked according to package directions
  • 1 can Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 1 15-ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 15-ounce can stewed tomatoes (or diced tomatoes)
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • ½ –1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ –1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ –1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat. Season with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder while cooking.
  • Drain the excess grease (I usually give mine a quick rinse to remove even more fat).
  • Stir in the tomato soup, tomato sauce, and stewed tomatoes. Heat until hot and bubbly.
  • Fold in the cooked macaroni and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  • Serve warm with buttered bread and enjoy!
