Pumpkin Bars

Its pumpkin time again! I LOVE pumpkin! I live in Florida and Autumn is a long ways off from what the calendar says. I grew up in Michigan and I know what real Fall is! Fall with cool air, hoodies, leaves changing colors, pumpkins, and the smell in the air. There isn’t a candle that can recreate that smell! I bake these pumpkin bars up to help bring back those memories of autumn. Top with my cream cheese frosting
Ingredients:
4 large eggs
1 ¾ cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 can pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 13×9 pan. In a mixer, beat the eggs until they are frothy and foamy looking. Now beat in sugar for 2 minutes.pumpkin bars step 1 Add in the oil and pumpkin, mix until combined. In a separate bowl, mix together the remainder of the ingredients.
Gently fold the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixturefolding together dry and wet
Do not over mix. Fold just until its combined. pumpkin bars batter
Pour (or scoop its thick) into the pan. Bake for about 30-40 minutes until a fork is inserted comes out clean.
Cool and eat! Or top with cream cheese frosting for an even better treat! #homemadeYUMMY
