Key lime frosting
YUM! This came out with a great lime flavor. Try it on a white cake! This is one of those frosting’s that needs to stay in the fridge! It will deflate and get runny if left out to long.
2 frozen key limes grated
1 pound powder sugar
1 ½ sticks of butter (don’t skimp and use margarine)
Juice from 2-3 key limes
With a mixer, mix together the butter and grated limes. Now mix in the powdered sugar. Blend well. Slowly add small amounts of the lime juice until the frosting is the desired consistency
