Buckeyes and Peanut Butter Balls


Peanut butter balls are the first candy I ever made. They are super easy. The recipe I started with was very sweet. I have adapted it and come up with this yummy recipe. You can’t go wrong with peanut butter and chocolate!
Buckeyes and Peanut Butter Balls Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup peanut butter
1 stick of butter softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 pound chocolate bark
Directions:
Mix together the butter and peanut butter. Now mix in the powdered sugar until all combined.
Roll into one inch balls and place on a cookie sheet. Freeze for an hour or longer if you wish. peanut butter candy
Melt the chocolate. To make peanut butter balls coat the entire ball. dipped peanut butter balls
For Buckeye’s use a skewer and coat all but the very top of the peanut butter ball. buckeyes easy
Set onto a piece of waxed paper to cool.buckeyes peanut butter balls You can trim excess chocolate before serving.
