Cool Pastry Mat
I make a great deal of pastries, doughs, cookies, and more. Using a pastry mat cuts down on the mess. I received one from Sili Bake that does that plus some! It also has the diameters for 10” down to 5” to make pizza’s, pies, or anything simpler. The mat also includes a recipe for a pie dough right on it.
Also printed on the pastry mat are 3” and 2” circles to make cookies with. Again a recipe for sugar cookies is right on the mat. It says you can bake cookies right on the mat!! That is nice!
There are measurements in inches and centimetes around the perimeter of the matt and also conversions for weight, oven temperature, and liquid measure.
Its just a wealth of information.
Using the Sili Bake Pastry Mat is simple. It grips the counter so it doesn’t move all around. Its almost hard to get off the counter, lol. I used the mat to make some pizza pockets and loved how well it worked.
