Checking your weight

I have heard that checking your weight daily leads to disappointment about the daily water changes in our bodies. For me, it’s different; weighing daily makes me aware of my weight. It’s like a daily reminder to watch my weight. I just remember to look at the big picture.
I recently received a scale from Ozeri that help you see the big picture. You enter your height and step on the scale. It instantly reads your weight and BMI (or very close to instantly) The scale also displays and gains (red) or losses (green) since your last weight entered. ozeri scale
My favorite is that the scale can remember and tell the difference between 8 people! Once you have saved a person, you can just step on the scale and it can tell the difference of who is on the scale! It did have trouble telling the difference between my husband (6ft) and son (6ft5in) and about the same weight. One gained and one lost and the scale couldn’t tell the difference in them. photo 1 (1)
Another feature that I like is the memory the Ozeri scale has. I can see the weight changes over the last 3, 7, and 30 weigh ins. Helps to see the big picture, instead of just seeing the daily changes. This also shows in red for gains and green for losses. Last time I stepped on the scale it went from green to red to green for my last few weigh ins. Made me giggle seeing that change!weightmasterscale
If you are attempting to lose weight or just wanting to maintain this is the scale for you! You can order it on Amazon today! The price is great for the amount this scale can do. Most scales in this price range only take a weight, the Ozeri can track a entire family!
*I received the Ozeri Scale in exchange for my HONEST opinion. All opinions are my own and no one else’s!
