Roasted Herb Pork Loin Chops
Roasted Herb Pork Loin Chops looks like a delicious meal for a Sunday. It’s not, you can have this on the table in under an hour. It’s simple and most of the time its cooking your free and just smelling it roasting in the oven.
These cook in one skillet. No dirtying a bunch of dishes which also makes Roasted Herb Pork Loin Chops a perfect week night dinner. You could slice some carrots and place around these in the skillet or some thinly sliced potatoes.

Roasted Herb Pork Loin Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic, peeled
3 stalks fresh rosemary leaves
6-8 fresh sage leaves
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 pork loin chops
Salt and pepper
Directions:
In a food processor or blender mix together the garlic cloves, rosemary, sage and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Set aside
Preheat oven to 375. Salt and pepper both sides of your pork chops.
Over medium high, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a cast iron or oven safe skillet. Sear each side of the pork chops. Remove skillet from heat.
Top with herbed mixture and bake for about 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
