Pumpkin Puke (Cheesy black beans and salsa dip)
Pumpkin Puke AKA Nacho Dip Recipe
This is one of my favorite things to serve for halloween. It looks really gross but it is so very yummy! I took this to a party this year and had to refill it within half an hour! This only take a few minutes to make and your friends and family will be impressed with your grossness and the delight to their tastebuds.
You can also serve this without the pumpkin. It is just as tasty and perfect for occasions other than halloween.

1 can black beans (15 ounces)
1 jar salsa (16 ounces)
2 pounds Velveeta cheese cubed
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

1 pie pumpkin or small pumpkin
Directions:
In a skillet brown the beef, drain the grease. Stir in the taco seasoning, black beans and salsa.
In a large microwave safe bowl, add the remaining ingredients. Stir in the ground beef mixture.
Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir and microwave again for 1 minute. Stir and repeat the 1 minute intervals until its melted completely.
Carve the top out of the pumpkin. Scoop out the insides and scrape clean. Carve eyes and a large open mouth.
Place your pumpkin in a deep large container. I have used many things over the years including a candy dish and a casserole dish.
Add the nacho dip to the pumpkin so that some comes out of the pumpkins mouth. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
