Fried Pudding and Oregon State Fair

If you are one of my regular followers you probably already know that I am headed to the Oregon State Fair to do a cooking demonstration (August 2016).  My cooking demo is still a secret 😉 but I will give a hint. Its a one pot family meal! There may also be a bonus meal involved. I decided since everyone knows the fair has the best fried food in the country! They deep fry anything and everything, maybe even slap a stick in it. So in honor of me cooking at the fair and because I am just super excited to be heading out to the Oregon State Fair I am giving you this amazing Deep Fried Pudding recipe.

I made homemade egg rolls the other night for dinner. We had an entire package of egg roll wrappers left. I wanted to make them into a dessert and came up with these! Caution VERY hot. These came out very good the next day too!

Fried Pudding Recipe:

Ingredients:
1 package egg roll wrappers
3 boxes pudding mix (we used cheesecake flavor)
5 ¼ cups cold milk
Cup with water
