Buckeyes and Peanut Butter Balls

Buckeyes and Peanut Butter Balls

Peanut butter balls are the first candy I ever made. They are super easy. The recipe I started with was very sweet. I have adapted it and come up with this yummy recipe. You can’t go wrong with peanut butter and chocolate!
Buckeyes and Peanut Butter Balls Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup peanut butter
1 stick of butter softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 pound chocolate bark
Directions:
Mix together the butter and peanut butter. Now mix in the powdered sugar until all combined.
Roll into one inch balls and place on a cookie sheet. Freeze for an hour or longer if you wish.
Melt the chocolate. To make peanut butter balls coat the entire ball.
For Buckeye’s use a skewer and coat all but the very top of the peanut butter ball.
Set onto a piece of waxed paper to cool. You can trim excess chocolate before serving.

Enjoy!
