Bleu Buffalo Grilled Cheese

Bleu Buffalo Grilled Cheese

Bleu Buffalo Grilled Cheese was inspired by buffalo wings with a side of bleu cheese dressing of course! I was waiting in line at the deli counter for my turn to order some sliced chicken when I spied the Boars Head Bold MarBleu cheese. I had ordered it before and its so very good. Then I started to taste a recipe like I do and this recipe was born! I quickly ordered a pound sliced up, ran back to the bakery grabbed the fresh made white bread and couldn’t wait to get home.

I quickly made a sandwich for myself and everyone home and discovered it needed tweaking so that is where the provolone came in. It added a depth of flavor to the sandwich that was needed.

So I hope you enjoy this Bleu Buffalo Grilled Cheese. Gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches are so delicious!
