Tuna Squish

tuna squish

I am picky about my tuna fish. It has to be the kind in water and not oil. It also has to be squeezed dry! I can’t stand to have it all soggy. Leave the moisture for the mayo and seasonings! I usually press the lid down as hard as I can (usually I end up cutting myself a little), then I pull out small amounts and hand squeeze the remainder of the water out.

I recently received a Tuna Squish that I was very excited to get! If it works like it claims I can save time preparing my tuna salad. Well it does work just like the company says. My tuna was dry just from one good squish! I didn’t have to hand squeeze ANY of the tuna! Even the bottom corners came out dry.

I was pretty impressed that it worked so well. Its also very cute! You also just press a button and drop the lid in the trash! The downside I would have to say is that it can’t be used for much else. Its not very versatile but it is handy! I would recommend the Tuna Squish for anyone that is like me and can’t stand wet tuna! IMG_8609
