Spooky Dollar Tree Wreath
I was in Dollar Tree last week and saw the great halloween decorations. I love the Dollar Tree for decorations. They are cheap and I don’t have to feel bad spending money on decorating my house.
This wreath is so easy to make. There is no skill, glue, or anything required except a pair of scissors.
This wreath cost me $10 to make. I cannot believe I made it with such little cost and it looks great.
How to make a Spooky Dollar Tree Wreath
I purchased:
A metal wreath
4 packages of Creepy cloth
1 package skeleton garland
1 package each orange and purple Mesh Tube
1 decorate orange bow
1 crow
I started by opening the creepy cloth and opening it all the way. This gives you one long cloth. I cut this into strips about 4 inches wide.
These strips I cut in half. I tied each strip to the metal frame, making sure to double knot it. Continue doing this all the way around.
I left my pieces hanging randomly you can trim them if you want a more uniform look. I think it looks more spooky with the random pieces hanging.
I then took the orange and purple mesh tubing and weaved it in and out of the ties on the metal wreath. I left loops that my daughters say look like snakes.
Cut the skeletons from the garland and tuck 3 of them in the top and sides of the wreath. Tuck in the orange bow and add a Raven for finishing touches. Hang and enjoy!
