Spinach Artichoke Dip
My family loves spinach. When I make it for dinner we have to have 3 large bags of frozen spinach. We keep fresh spinach in the fridge to eat as salad, toss in eggs, and put on a sandwich. One of my middle children LOVES Spinach Artichoke Dip and requests it every time an appetizer is needed. This recipe is really easy. Serve it HOT and Enjoy
Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe:
1 pound frozen spinach defrosted
1 can artichokes hearts chopped (about 5 hearts)
½ jar alfredo sauce
1 pkg (5ounces) grated romano (or parmesan) cheese
Squeeze all the water from the spinach. Mix all the ingredients in a microwave safe bowl.
Heat in the microwave for 5 minutes or until heated throughout. Eat with chips, crackers, or pumpernickel bread squares.
