Spicy Seafood Salad

Spicy Seafood Salad is great on a sandwich or as a dip with veggies and crackers. I used Hellmann’s new Spicy Dipping Sauce to give it the heat and most of the flavor. If you don’t want as much spice you can use half spicy dipping sauce and half mayonnaise. You will still get some of the heat and all the flavor!

My daughters LOVE imitation crab meat. I pick it up whenever its on sale. This recipe gives me one more option to feed them their favorite snack. Serving my spicy seafood salad with cucumbers, celery, peppers and crackers adds a great variety of flavors and vitamins. I also love this recipe because its ready in a few minutes. No cooking and only a little chopping. Or have the kids chop it all up and really save yourself time!
