Spicy Pineapple chicken kabobs

Spicy Pineapple chicken kabobs are simple and very delicious. It’s ingredients I always have on hand in the summer and perfect for surprise guests. 

I entered this recipe in a contest for Hellmann’s but it is something we eat in our home during summers. Summer time requires quick food so there is more time for being outdoors.

Spicy Pineapple chicken kabobs Recipe 
Ingredients: 
Spicy mayo:
1/2 cup Hellmann’s 
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder 
1/2 tsp garlic powder 
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 
Kabobs: 
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 pineapple peeled and cored
1/2 tsp paprika 
1/2 tsp onion powder 
1/2 tsp garlic powder 
Directions:
In a bowl mix together the ingredients for the spicy mayo. Set in fridge.

Cut chicken and pineapple into 2 inch pieces. Sparkle with seasoning. Place on kabob sticks. Grill over medium hat for about 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked. 

Removed from heat. Drizzle with spicy mayo and enjoy!
