Roasted Potato Wedges

Roasted Potato Wedges

My family loves potato’s. They could eat them every meal if I let them. This recipe only uses the pan, no bowls to wash! Roasted potato wedges are simple and delicious. They come out crisp and are better than french fries. Try to make some with dinner tonight.
Roasted Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

2-3 pounds potatoes
1/4-1/2 cup oil (I use a natural blend, it can be vegetable or whatever)
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tsp complete seasoning or seasoned salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut potatoes into wedges as shown in the photo below.

Left to right
Cut in half, cut in quarter, cut in eighths, cut in sixteenths

On a large cookie sheet spread oil. You want to coat the surface of the pan.

Add seasonings to the pan and use a fork to spread the seasoning evenly.

Toss the potatoes in the oil mixture

Bake for about 45-60 minutes stirring once about half way through the baking time. Serve hot, crisp, and golden! #homemadeYUMMY
