Pimento Cheese

Perfect Pimento Cheese

Pimento Cheese is one of my amazing husbands favorite snacks. Its a perfect as a dip for crackers. My husband loves it on crackers with salami. He also eats it on bread as a spread for lunch. Pimento is roasted red chili pepper that is pickled. You can buy them near the pickle and olive section.

I used to buy a container of it from the grocery store and he would devour it within no time. As I was eating it I decided to take in all the flavors and attempt to make it myself. After a few try’s I came up with this PERFECT Pimento Cheese.

I tried it out on my husband ate it even faster than the store made one! I have yet to be able to serve pimento cheese outside of my household because they love it so much. So Whether you eat pimento spread or pimento dip. I have a recipe for you! Its pretty simple to make and can be made ahead of time, a day or two even! Although in my house it never makes it to the fridge!
