My New Favorite Skillet

As most of my readers know I cook A LOT. I spend a good part of my week in my kitchen cooking and tasting! A few weeks ago I received an Ozeri pan to try out one of their skillets. I must say I am really impressed with this one!
First of all, the weight of the skillet is perfect. To heavy and it takes forever to heat up; to light and you will burn up the pan in a few uses. This is a great weight with an extended handle to compensate the weight of the pan. The handle is another feature I really enjoy, it’s long and sturdy. It supports the pan well!
My favorite part is the way it heats. This pan gets hot quick and cooks evenly (even on my horrible old electric stove). The non-stick surface works great! Actually it even browns food well; which is something I have had trouble with getting my other non-stick pans to do! I actually got bell peppers and onions to have a gorgeous brown color to the edges!!!!
The Ozeri Green Earth is inspired by nature; 100% PTFE and PFOA free. I love that it’s not full of harmful chemicals like other non-stick pans are. Instead of chemical to make the non-stick pan they used a ceramic coating. Now I just need them to make some stock pots and saucepans to complete my set.
I have cooked quite a few times in this pan and it still looks like I just opened it. Cleaning is simple as nothing sticks. If you are looking for a great skillet to cook almost anything in this is the pan for you! I would suggest ordering all 3 sizes. You can purchase them on Amazon HERE
