Mini Caramel Apple Pies in 20 Minutes

Mini Caramel Apple Pies in 20 Minutes

Yesterday the girls wanted something sweet for a brunch type snack. I was wanting some apple pie but didn’t want to do all that work or wait almost 2 hours to eat a piece. These mini caramel apple pies are done in 20 minutes and they are yummy!

Mini Caramel Apple Pie Recipe:

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of butter
2 apples chopped
¼ cup of brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
1 can of biscuits

Directions:

Preheat oven 375. Melt butter in a small skillet on the stove on medium-high heat. Add apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook for about 5 minutes. And set them aside to cool.

Flatten each biscuit with your hand or a rolling pin. (I believe in using your hands, puts some love in the food) Place the flattened biscuits on a greased cookie. Top each with a heaping teaspoon of the apples (don’t forget to scoop some juice up too)

Place in the oven and cook for about 10-15 minutes or until golden.

Drizzle with caramel sauce and ENJOY!
