Eyeball Peanut Butter Crispy’s

I love Halloween! It reminds me of my mom. She always went all out on our costumes and even her own. Sometimes we even had themes for the family, her and I were rabbits and my baby sister was a carrot!
We attend a homeschool halloween party every year. I always try to make something fun to eat. Over the years I have made eye balls, pumpkin shaped carrot tray, snake sandwich and now I can add ā€œbutterā€fingers to the list!
Here is a my recipe for ā€œeyeballā€ peanut butter crispyā€™s.

Melt white coating in a double boiler or a small pan filled with water and a metal or glass bowl in it with the chocolate in the bowl.
Dip each ball in the coating, gently shake off excess coating, and set on foil lined cookie sheet again. Place m&m candy (m side down) in the center. Let cool until coating hardens.
You can serve them this way. We call them Mr Potato Head eyeā€™s. We like to make them more scary and add some bloodshot lines to the eyes. Using a toothpick dipped in the food coloring gel draw veins and small blood clots. Serve and enjoy!
