Grilled Figs with #Nectevia Mascarpone

I was selected to enter Steviva’s Blogger Recipe Challenge! I decided to create something using fresh ingredients found easily at the supermarket. I also wanted to keep it simple. Here is my recipe for Grilled Figs with #Nectevia Mascarpone.

Grilled Figs with #Nectevia Mascarpone Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound Brown Turkey Figs, cleaned and dried
4 ounces mascarpone
2 tablespoons Nectevia

Directions:

In a bowl mix together the mascarpone and Nectevia until combined. Place this
mixture in a plastic bag and set aside in the fridge to chill.

Cut figs in half. Heat grill to a medium high heat (about 350) oil the grates of your
grill not the fruit. (I put a little oil on a paper towel and use my grill cleaner to rub that
towel around) Place the figs cut side down first. Grill for 3-5 minutes and turn. Cook
another 3-5 and carefully remove with tongs.

Take your bag of mascarpone and cut one corner. Now pipe some of this onto the hot
figs. Serve and Enjoy!
