I recently tried edible green tea. Its suppose to have 30 times the antioxidants as a cup of green tea. My girls and I tried in in a smoothie and I tried it in Italian Wedding Soup.
For the above smoothie combine in a blender: 2 banana’s, 1 apple, 1 pear, 1 peach, 1/2 cup orange juice, and 1 serving EatGreenTea. Zana sucked hers down really quick!

The soup was not so good. It wasn’t bad but the stem pieces are difficult to eat. We did notice that the heat from the soup brought out the flavor of the tea as it seeped in the soup.
My opinion: I would say this is best in something cold. I also suggest picking out the stems
