Orange Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Orange and chocolate combine forces! These are a new addition to my Christmas baking this year. I had to chase my son out of them about a dozen times. He just wouldn’t stay out. He normally isn’t a big fan of orange and chocolate but these he couldn’t stay out of. These remind me of the chocolate orange that you can get. You give it a whack to break it into wedges.

Preheat oven to 350. With a mixer beat butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. Add the egg and beat again. Now add in the orange peel and the orange juice.
