Crockpot Chicken Burritos
My family LOVES to eat burritos. We pile them high with chicken, cheese, onions,lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and guacamole. A FABULOUS dinner for a busy day!
I LOVE to use my crockpot and have dinner cook all day while I get other stuff done. My crockpot chicken burrito recipe allows my kids to have a fun dinner that even I can enjoy! Clean up is easy when its all made in one container!
Crockpot Chicken Burritos #recipe
Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breast
2 cans rotel tomatoes
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 bell pepper chopped
1 onion chopped
Directions:
Place all ingredients in your crockpot. Place on high and do NOT remove the lid for about 3-4 hours.
The chicken breast should be so tender that they fall apart stirring. Breakdown all the chicken meat. I usually pull out a chunk of meat and use 2 forks to pull it apart. Place back in the juices and stir.
Serve on flour tortillas with cheese. Add any other topping you wish and roll shut!
