Caring Cross made from Bethlehem Olive Wood

My Caring Cross

I received my caring cross in the mail the other day and was very impressed. I expected it to be just a cross carved from wood. But this is different…….

First of all it is such a beautiful piece of wood! The grain is just gorgeous; the pictures give it no justice. I bought an extra cross and each one has different grain and a slightly different shape showing their truly individually carved. Each one is carved from olive wood found around Bethlehem. How awesome to have something so special from the Holy land.

Each cross comes with a nice velvet bag, which makes it a perfect gift. That is why I ordered the second one. I plan to give them as a gift this Christmas. These make a perfect gift for that someone special that has EVERYTHING. I even have to order more because my daughters would like one to pray with!

This leads me to my other reason I was so impressed is the way that it fits in your hand. The caring cross even fit perfectly in my 9 year olds hand (and she has really small fingers and hands). Holding it makes you feel as though it were hand carved special for each person.

On top of all this is the feel of the cross. It is so smooth you would think it was carved from marble not wood. Also I like the verse that comes with the packaging, “when I am afraid, I will trust in you” Psalm 56:3. Great reminder to always remember to turn to God!

I would recommend this for anyone that is a Christian and would like to have a reminder to carry and pray with. I also recommend you order the 2 pack and give one to someone you love! You can order one with the promo code for 10% off any order till Christmas that can be shared.

Wow, those are really beautiful! We are not church goers, but I’m drawn to these. I will be ordering a couple for Christmas!
