Blueberry Pancakes
Fresh Blueberry Pancakes, quick and easy to make. Delicious served with Blueberry Sauce. These homemade blueberry pancakes are made with ingredients most pantry’s have. Double the batch and freeze some to warm up on a busy morning!
Blueberry Pancake Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 pint fresh blueberries
Dry
2 cups flour
½ tsp salt
1 ¼ tsp baking powder
1 ½ cups sugar
Wet
1 egg
1 ¼ cup of milk
½ tsp melted butter
Directions:
Mix together the dry with a fork in a large bowl.
Now mix together the wet ingredients in a medium bowl.
Now pour the wet into the dry and combine.
Now gently fold in the blueberries.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat add a little butter or spray with pam. Pour a layer of batter on skillet and let it cook until its bubbles appear. Flip and cook on the other side.
