No Bake Cheesecake Bites

Yum! That is what comes to mind when I think of Cheesecake. Its creamy sweetness just takes me to another place. Problem is its hundreds of calories for a piece. It also take a long time to make a really good one. These No Bake Cheesecake Bites are so easy and it only takes 4 ingredients! So stop looking for that cheesecake recipe and make these.

cheesecake bitesNo Bake Cheesecake Bites Recipe:

Ingredients:

2 (8ounce) packages of cream cheese softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup powder sugar
1 cup crumbled graham crackers

Directions:

Mix together the cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar until completely combined. Place in the refrigerator for a few hours or until chilled.
I used a spoon to shape bite sized pieces of the cream cheese mixture into “balls”. (they won’t come out perfectly round, its ok).

cheesecake balls
Roll each ball in the graham cracker crumbs. Either serve immediately or toss back in the fridge. Enjoy! #homemadeYUMMY

Today I am working on an adjustment to the recipe for dipping them in chocolate. My daughter wants them chocolate covered. Look for the recipe sometime over the next week.

I’m not fond of graham cracker crumbs (especially those that come in a box). I use crushed vanilla wafers. Yummy, yummy!! Gotta go to the store to get some vanilla wafers to try this luscious recipe!

How long can these last in a freezer

I am not sure. When I made them they barely made it to the table! I would imagine they would last a few months. I would heat them up in the oven.

They didn’t last long in the freezer (because I knew they were there)! Mine were in there three weeks and they were just fine. No need to heat up because they won’t freeze solid (like ice cream).

I wonder if I could add a little pumpkin purée and pumpkin pie spice? Do you think that would work?

      Hello,
I am not sure how that would work. I have made these and dipped them in pumpkin pie filling 🙂 If you try let me know how it works.

Do you know how many calories each piece has? A gazillion or bazillion or some other infinite number?

So if this serves 8 people it would be 307 calories, 5 grams protein, 27 carbs, 20 fat.
